1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CRAA you agree to these terms. If you are using CRAA for an organization, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What CRAA is
CRAA is a drafting aid for contract and grant applications. It reads documents you upload, organises the questions and requirements it finds, and produces suggested answers and working documents from information you confirm.
CRAA is not a submission service, a grant writer, a consultant, or a compliance checker. It does not submit applications, communicate with funders, or verify your eligibility. See the Accuracy & AI Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.
3. Your account and membership
Membership and billing are provided by Contract Ready. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through our membership platform and governed by the plan you purchase. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the answers you approve. You grant Rambo House a limited licence to process your content solely to operate the service for you, including sending document text to the AI provider described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that you will not upload:
- material you are not permitted to share or that infringes another party’s rights;
- protected health information, government identification numbers, or payment card data;
- material subject to confidentiality obligations that this processing would breach;
- malware, or content that is unlawful or intended to harm others.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use CRAA to prepare applications you know to contain false statements.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or share access outside your organization without permission.
- Do not use the service in breach of any funder’s rules or applicable law.
Submitting an application containing inaccurate information can carry serious consequences, including disqualification, repayment obligations, or liability for fraud. You are solely responsible for what you submit.
6. Availability
CRAA is provided on an ongoing but not guaranteed basis. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance, third-party outages, or upstream AI provider limits. Deadlines are yours to manage; do not rely on CRAA being available at a critical moment.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRAA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or results. No advice or information obtained through CRAA creates any warranty not expressly stated here.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rambo House is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost funding, lost profits, lost opportunities, missed deadlines, rejected or disqualified applications, or lost or inaccurate content. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Rambo House against claims arising from your content, your submissions to funders, or your breach of these terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using CRAA at any time; cancel membership from your account. Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or for unlawful use. Work saved in your browser remains under your control — see the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
